NOT AS DEPICTED IN DESCRIPTION
Ordered this product twice now thinking that the first one was just shipped in error. This package does NOT include the scooper or the coasters or book - only the bags...Why in the world would I pay $27 for just the bags?? Very disappointed and returning.
