I rarely write reviews, but for this product I simply had to. I'm really excited to have a pasta dinner for my family that isn't chock full of starchy carbs with the added plus of nutritional value.The best recipe I've prepared so far is with the rotini and making a classic goulash. It's a one pot dish and turns out delicious and full of flavor. You would never know the difference in the pasta itself. I believe this style of recipe will lend itself best to this pasta and will be trying a beef stroganoff next.As for this company, I did have an issue with my original order and they have a fantastic customer service that responds quickly and politely with simple resolutions. Will definitely be making future purchases.P.S. - How about some lasagna noodles?!

These noodles have great texture and flavor. While not EXACTLY like a flour noodle, when paired with my marinara sauce, they are delicious! They have about a third of the carbs of regular noodles, and three times as much protein.

Taste could be better. Even if you mix it the taste comes through.
