Great product
I've been using the conditioner as a shampoo: one quick wash and rinse and then I put it on again for the rest of the shower and rinse out at the end. I mistakenly was thinking it was shampoo! Anyway, my hair was always clean and shiny and soft -- and best of all, the gray (top patch, not salt-and-pepper) had a blond cast to it. I'm very happy with this product and my hair has really never looked or felt better. I intend to keep using the conditioner as a shampoo. I have fairly short hair.

New Formulation is Terrible!
BUYER BEWARE! NOT THE SAME PRODUCT IT USED TO BE. The first time I ordered this product, I loved it! I soon reordered only to find the company had completely reformulated the product and the new product is not even close to the old. The coverage is not nearly as good, and the color is dull, whereas the old formulation had beautful highlights and golden accents. It also makes my hair feel like straw. The old formula left my hair feeling silky smooth. This new stuff is such a disappointment! Even the amount was reduced but price was the same. I've switched to John Frieda Brilliant Brunette Luminous Glaze - the coverage of grays is AMAZING and it leaves my hair looking and feeling like it did when I was in my 20s (I'm 51)!

Doesn’t cover grey
I can tell this changes my brown but it leaves my super thick and fairly coarse hair very dull. I get no shine from it. I bought it to cover grey and it does nothing for them. I’ve tried soaking some of the Greys that fell out in it for 20 min and it doesn’t absorb.

Tons of waxy buildup from first use
Just submitted for full refund on shampoo and conditioner purchased from separate vendors.Both have the exact same problem leaves and incredibly waxy buildup after the first use and only gets worse after that.I ended up using this for five shampoos and conditioners and never saw a slight color change. The wax buildup was so bad I couldn’t even finish drying my hair because the brush wouldn’t go through the hair anymore. It acted like glue on the hair. Since I got each one from separate vendors and they had the exact same problem I’m guessing it’s a formulary issue.

Good as an everyday conditioner and that's about it.
If you are looking for a conditioner that makes your hair soft and helps control frizz, this works great. But as far as a glaze goes, nope. Don't bother. The smell is pleasant and I found myself using it often as my normal conditioner because I liked how it makes my hair feel.
