The item was late. I've been waiting for this item. I let my face get bad so I could give it a try. It took a while of going over my face for it to work. I started with eyebrows. The tip does get warm like it said but it doesn't burn. It doesn't pull. So no discomfort. Over all it did ok. It didn't finely get the small ones that are hard to get but ither than that very satisfied. There is before and after using it. Used on my whole face and it did well and didn't not hurt at all.

I received this last week and it never turned on.. wouldn’t work. I requested for a new one to be sent to me and return this one. Today I got the new one with an open & ripped package, no battery and the machine itself had been used. So don’t waste your money on this product.

So, I loved using this! I have really thick hair and my eyebrows grow back in like 3 days. I've had it for a month, clean it regularly, etc...and I turn it on and it broke. Little screw on the inside just gave out so it's not working anymore...so, it's disappointing. This may have been a fluke and happened to me, but it did happen.

Great product in theory except it doesn't work that great. You have to go over the hairs several times and even then it still doesn't get all the hairs. I have a different one that looks like a lipstick tube not meant for eyebrows but works way better even on my brows.

This product doesn't work much better than I'd expect something that I bought from Dollar Tree to work. It barely gets even the thickest eyebrow hairs that I have--so forget about fine hairs. Don't waste your money on this garbage.

Hard to use when you wear glasses to see up close. Good price. Doesn’t really give explanation on how you should shape brows

I am very happy that I purchased this product. Honestly, I don't think these cute little things will work. Once you read the instructions and practice a little, it will be very effective. I don't have to get my eyebrows. I even used this on the fluff of my upper lip. This product is very useful
