Q: I dont' see the ingredients listed. Does it actually contain chocolate? What about sugar?

I have already drank the coffee. I really enjoyed this and so did my friends. I am sorry but i dont remember the actual ingredients.

I don't see a roasting date. Just a 'enjoy by this' date

Q: What are the actual flavors/types of coffee? I see there is kickass but that tells me nothing about the taste or how dark/light it is roasted.

This order is 3 different types of roasts. One medium roast (3sisters) and the other 2, (kick ass, 454) dark roasts likened to a French roast or Italian roast. I prefer the dark roasts but the medium was good too. I think the 454 was my favorite of the 2 dark roast. I wasn't disappointed. not a bad cup for the price for a organic whole bean coffee.
