You'll Get Great Results
Every Larry Payne video I have purchased, this is my 3rd one, is great in every way. The exercises are simple and effective and also very calming. The music is relaxing and his voice is soothing. Also, they are 30 minutes in length so they don't take a big chunk of time. I enjoy doing these exercises in the morning and also before bedtime.
