Mattress Cooler "Classic" Chilled Water Sleep Cooling System 2 Pillow Pad Box Set (Black)

The device was used and didn’t work. Had to send it back. Tried to reach out to their customer service but they never answer.

i have always had issues with my pillow heating up and flipping it to get cool. years ago i noticed nascar drivers had air conditioned vest. i thought someone needs to do that for pillows. the swamp cooler idea that the pillow cooler has is even better.(less electricity).i thank you!

Got this product about a year ago. I am a heavier guy and tend to sleep hot. I purchased the large unit as I have a queen bed.The good: the pad works. As I said, I sleep hot, plus I have a basement apartment with no central heat or air. In the summer, I always have a problem sleeping as I have to use a portable air conditioning unit that doesn’t really get the room cold enough. This pad definitely got my bed cold enough I had no real problems sleeping. I originally got it because I couldn’t afford a chilipad and needed to get sleep. Even with another person in the bed, it still kept me nice and cool.The bad: after one summer of use, it has sprung a leak. I don’t have anything sharp that would have punctured the pad in my bed, so I’m not sure why it would have sprung a leak spontaneously, but it did. I am ordering a vinyl repair kit and hopefully that will fix the problem. It is a bit frustrating I can’t seem to just order a replacement pad for relatively cheap. It can also be difficult to see if you need to add water or not, as the floater for the tank doesn’t always want to float and there is no light for it. This led to overfilling several times, so i had to keep something under the cooling unit to catch any water that overflowed. My biggest issue though is that I don’t usually sleep in the middle of the bed and can be a restless sleeper. At least every other day I was having to take off my fitted sheet so I could adjust the pad back onto my mattress as it would slide off to the side. Some sort of grip or way to secure the mattress pad would definitely be nice.Overall a budget conscious alternative to chilipad, but definitely could use some improvements.

Really like this mattress cooler. It works great, but definitely play with the temp or you might freeze. Also there was some confusion on what I was purchasing but the Seller was amazing and we worked everything out in a very beneficial way.

There is nothing worse than hearing the sound of water pouring out of the pad all over your bed all over your floor all over everything. Save your money this is not worth it

Excellent value and super fast shipping. But the product was described as a mattress cooler. The cooling pads were the size of small pillow cases.

The system works great and the first nights sleep on a 100* night was superb. However For $150 I would expect a little better quality. This thing literally has about $10 of parts in it. and the Fan died after only 3 nights. They couldn't even spring for a decent ruby bearing Brush-less fan.. (about $10 on amazon) And don't be fooled like I was in buying the twin pack. You get an extra pillow topper.. not a two zone system. Not even extra tubing. just a cheap water bladder that slips around way to much. NOT SATISFIED!

LOVED this to start, but 6 months in the mattress pad leaked. Description in operations manual says you need to replace them about every year at $40+ a pop! The description says it comes with one replacement pad. NO it didn't. When I contacted the provider about making this right . . . crickets! No response to two separate tries.
