Morton's Neuroma Relief
Overall pretty good for the price and accomplishes what I needed them for. Some users mentioned them moving around in socks. I haven't worn them yet with shoes or boots (my main footwear) but I may experiment with using some KT Pro Extreme tape (spandex/nylon waterproof type not cotton) to lightly wrap the whole setup around all 3 toes or individually on the the 3rd/5th toes wrapping the long direction instead of around (see picture). You also might be able to wrap just the spacer itself with KT tape and drastically improve it's lifespan while reducing friction. There's a lot of force put on your feet and these spacers, so anything you can do to shore it up but keep it flexible helps to extend the life of the product and keep you comfortable. The Good:-Soft (way more than expected). They feel like the consistency of gummy bears.-Customized care. Using two spacers (3rd/5th toe) I can isolate my Morton's Neuroma on my 4th toe and give the nerve some space.-They stay in place walking barefoot inside.-I only needed 2 so I have 2 spares now.-WashableThe Drawbacks:-They are pretty soft and I think they could break at the thinner part with repeated use or over stretching from rough use if not taped down. I don't think I would want them harder, so if they last a month but keep my pain down, that's a win.-They aren't quite the same as what the advertised picture shows but they still work.-First time use it took a minute to figure out how to wear them. Use the attached picture for how to orient them on your toes.

complicated shape, was not comfortable
item is too thick in spots, too thin on other side,, protruding tabs caused discomfort. tried multiple orientations... actually caused new symptoms in adjacent #4 toe I returned. Item does stay on #5 pinky toe.. just not comfortable.

These work good
These are super soft and very comfortable. The only draw back I see is that I bought the size small for between my small toe and the next one over. The directions were for the bigger size for the big toe. Took a few tries to figure out how they went as they are a different shape. Once I figured it out they work great.

Curled pinkie toe - IMMENSE relief showing on day 1
I’m going in depth because I took a chance with these with my specific problem. My pinkie toes are curled under, I’m constantly walking on my pinkie toes causing one side to have deformed nail growth, and the other side causing bumps on both my pinkie and the toe beside it.1 day into using these separators, I can already feel the relief. They need getting used to, and I need to make sure I’m wearing them 100% correct or else they move. If the moving continues, I’ll take the time to wrap it because I’m on my feet a lot at work. I get hammerhead toe surgery at the end of this year, so these are going to help me so much with work until then. Didn’t limp at some points of my day like usual, and I wear vans. Can’t wait until my nail starts growing correct, and when the bumps are off

Don't Do the Job
I have a corn on the outside of my pinkie toe, and one between it and the next one. The separators worked well at first (for about half an hour) but soon began to slide down between my toes and bunch up causing a different kind of pain. I thought this might be a fluke and tried them several more times with the same result. These separators may work well for others, but did not work for me.

Perfect!
These have changed my life! My pinky toes turn in and under, especially if I try to walk for any amount of time, like to exercise. I get horrendous blisters, pain and bleeding. I kept buying different socks and shoes thinking that would help, would wrap them with tape and cotton but those would pull off and rake the skin with it. I was VERY skeptical that these would stay on my stubby little toes, nevermind actually help...they do both! The silicone is very soft, the top has an extra bit of padding to it and underneath is flat so it holds the toe in the proper position. It's amazing how such a little thing can make such a big difference. I've been using one set daily for 2 months now with no sign of them breaking down. I wash them periodically. I don't expect they'll last forever but I will happily buy more!

Won't stay put, worse than useless
These do not protect my pinky toes properly. They twirl and twist inside my sock and shoe. Too thick for comfort, yet too thin to avoid curling into a pretzel, ripping skin, causing rather than preventing blisters. The least bad thing about them is that they go on quickly. Coming off, not so much. Or perhaps too much, including skin. They might work better for "feet of abundant size", if you get my pseudo-politically-correct drift .Instead, I strongly recommend the Povihome 10 Pack Pinky Toe Separators, thinner and conformal, available as a 10 pack from amazon for $9.99 as I write this. Applied carefully, those stay in place and are comfortable for hours of exercise. Afterwards, you will laugh with them, not (bitterly) at them.

I CAN WALK!!
Great product!I wear a 9 1/2 W Mens shoe.I walk 3 miles every morning and for months now my right toe feels like my sock has a wrinkle in it that makes it very uncomfortable.I have a metatarsal problem and have tried a number of remedies that dont seem to help with this problem..until now. These spacers are wonderful!my little toe is comfortably separated from its neighbor and life is good.I cant wear them all day, as they become annoying after about 6 hours. But that easy to fix. They look small but stretch easily.I'm happy. Thanks
