Beautiful through and through.
This is such a beautiful book. My three children thoroughly enjoy it. Beautifully illustrated and clearly set out, it's easy for them to follow and very aesthetically pleasing! They enjoy the rhymes too.

great book
This is a lovely book with appealing illustrations. I am using it with my baby yoga mums who want ideas for their older children.

Start healthy habits early
As a grandmother and mother of a nursery nurse iread this book with great interest. The ideas are imaginative and very workable. The health benefits of yoga are enormous and if taught at an early age could lead to a lifetime of healthy habits. It would be great if yoga could be taught on a regular basis in schools in england as it would help students power of concentration. Many thanks to netgalley and the publishers for a free copy in exchange for an honest review.

Quite text heavy and the illustrations aren’t necessarily helpful when trying to replicate poses
