Is it a rat tail or full tang and is it a true scandi grind?

Its not really a rat tail tang. That would have a thredded rod protruding from the bottom of the handle with a threaded pommel on the end. This knife would be considered a hidden tang knife. Regardless these blades are super nice, good quality and are razor sharp out of the box.
