Patience in learning the new tablet and its features and how it works.
Not particularly happy about the battery life and other things I am still trying to learn how to use it. It's very slow and it doesn't work well in my opinion with word ,Office 365. It may be just that I'm still learning it can I do prefer my Samsung tablets. This tablet is very difficult in getting certain apps on it and my mail.

I'd get better battery life it was powered by potatoes
Title pretty much sums it up. Only other complaint is that the screen goes wild opening and closing random things and turning itself on and off if i leave the key board plugged in for more than 5 minutes. Good thing is I don't need to use it for very long periods of time and the key board isn't a necessity.Side note: has its own special charger. Does NOT charge through USB. My fault for over looking that, so it's not reflected in my rating. Just a heads up for anyone else who may consider purchasing
