I love my chair. I just got it today. Everything snapped together perfectly. The heat and all the massage settings work. There was no damage to the chair in shipping at all. Very cushy. I can foresee many long nights gaming in this chair. Thanks for making a great product.

Nice comfortable chair heat and massage works great. Must have some type of timer. It cuts off the heat and message. Comes in 2 boxes and 1 came then 2 came 3 days later. 1 big box would be better

Happily surprised. Wasn't sure after reading reviews. Easy to assemble, comfortable, relaxing. I enjoy the massage features. As far as other reviews, disappointed because "all it does is vibrate", I'm not sure what else can be expected especially for the price. Yes it vibrates, but it has multiple settings. Yes, there's a timer and it shuts off every 15-20 minutes. However, I like that feature. It's great if you are forgetful, if you want more, simply press the remote button, voila!The rocking /swiveling is great. Was worried about sliding on wood floors, but not so much.The only negative thing is that it's a little tough to get the hang of the reclining. It's like a pull lever that you have to pull just right. Now that I understand how, I can do it fairly easily. Hopefully this helps. It can't be beat for the price. If recommend a cover to help prevent any tears in the fabric.

This is my husband's chair and he loves to rock so a chair that had a good rock plus not making any noise when it rocks was really important.

Recliner strap was hard to pull up to get chair in reclining position and hard to push down for sitting position. Not great for seniors with disabilities. Chair couldn’t be returned.

This chair has been great for our older teens in our game room. We wanted something that wasn't bulky for the space. We ordered two of them and they are working out perfectly. Came in two separate boxes, on different days, which was a surprise but not really a big deal. Once we had both boxes, the chair was easy to put together. There was a slight issue between ordering and getting them shipped out, but when I contacted customer service, the response was immediate and helpful, so that goes a long way with me. The cupholders are a fantastic perk for using in the gameroom with teens - it helps keeps drinks off the floor where they get spilled. I would say the only negative we found was that the foot rest is somewhat difficult to pull up and put down - my teens can do it but younger ones might not be strong enough. Again, not really a big deal for us. We feel like the chairs are a great value for what we paid.

Sucks. It's not a massage chair, it's a chair that vibrates (barely). It is uncomfortable to just sit in, the foot rest slams out and is hard to put back in. I'll give it one thing, it was easy to put together. Now I'm having problems trying to return it and get refund. I don't want 50$ or 100$ and keep product, I want to return it and get my $ back.
