I have been doing keto for about a year now but haven't really found a good substitute for crackers (yes, we've tried pork rinds, whisps, etc). I saw these and ordered them knowing that they could be a dud (and with 0 carbs a serving, i mean, come on!!) I was surprised! These chips have great flavor-- it almost reminds me of Pizza Pringles. They are a little chewy, but it really doesn't hurt the taste/texture! I would suggest you try these out if you're looking for a keto low carb cracker option! The box comes with four bags which is seemingly a large quantity!

I ordered both the original and the Italian Herb. It was nice to get a cracker with zero net carbs, and I knew they wouldn't taste like Ritz crackers. That's just common sense. HOWEVER, nowhere on this page can I find information showing that the product contains eggs. My allergy to eggs is not life-threatening, thankfully, but I've been itching and flushing hot/cold, having breathing issues, etc. Started digging into what I've been eating, and found these crackers contain egg whites. Just shoot me now. I wouldn't have purchased them, had I seen a full list of ingredients. I assumed, since they were free of other allergenic products, that they were ok to eat. My bad. You know what assuming does. I've sure wasted a lot of money. But it's the vendor's 'bad,' too, because I won't trust any other products to be properly disclosed, and therefore, won't buy them. By the way, they would sure benefit, taste-wise, from a little sprinkle of sea salt before baking. They are ok if you cover them with dip or a spread, but not by themselves.

So this is not the best thing I have ever eaten... but it is a strong sturdy chip that has allowed me to dip in guacamole and has not failed or broken. It is somewhat stale tasting, but it is a firm crunch which satisfies my craving for chips. I add salt and eat like crazy! If I had time to master my own amazing chip I would not be searching on Amazon. I ordered more already because what it lacks in flavor is totally outweighed by the benefit it brings to those of us on Keto! Trust me, there is much worse out there- I have tried many of them!

These crackers are horrible! They are so dry I have to drink water to swallow them. I opened two boxes and 90% of the crackers are so over baked that they are very brown and almost burnt. Disappointing.

I am on a low carb diet and these are the perfect cracker to keep me on track! I love dipping these in dips or just eating plain. These give me the crunch I need in order to avoid snacking on chips!

These crackers are terrible! Mine were completely burned. If they were not burned, I don't think they would be bad. I did not expect something light and airy, but I did not expect that burned flavor. As you can see on the package, they should be lighter than they are. Theses are darker than my walnut table, yuck! A total waste of money, don't buy!!!

The texture of these is good and they satisfy a craving for something crunchy. I find the taste to be very strong. It has almond flour which my husband can’t eat. I do like them with Bousin cheese because it masks the strong flavor. I think the company can improve and I hope they will.

Sorry, the taste was very flat, almost what I imagine cardboard to taste like. They are more hard than crunchy. They are firm, but don't satisfy my craving for something both tasty and crunchy. They work to hold a topping like cheese or guacamole, but not on their own, out of the bag.
