The Best
I have gone thru several bottles of this and use it almost every day on salads. I questioned the company on the issue of getting bottles that are sometimes darker in color. It is caused by different types of grapes that are used. All bottles have had an exceptional flavor and this is a very high quality vinegar.

High price and unpredictable quality vinegar.
The product was sour, presumably expired. The color was darker than usual and inedible. As it can not be returned per Amazon policy, we simply will toss it and never order it again. Premium priced too.
