This item was sent to me and charged to my credit card at the value of $259.74 -I DID NOT ORDER ITI tried to do the correct thing and return it and not only did I have to pay $210 for return shipment, the seller told me not to declare the true value of the item as they will get charged. I was also told I could hold onto the item until someone else purchases it, I asked how often they get sold... response from seller: Don't knowAmazon representatives promised me I will be refunded for both item and shipment totaling $469.57I have been refunded $213 from the seller and that is it......Supposedly it is my fault the item was ordered, even though I was in the middle of a 20 hr flight fast asleep when this order was made.Multiple complaints and spending 90% of my trip stressing about near $500 loss and this is how Amazon responds:Refund of $213 has been made.....Not only am I a Prime member, I also shop form Amazon a lot and I am totally disgusted with how they treat loyal customers over 3rd party sellers who are dishonest and cheaters....
