Q: Does this curl blonde hair?

Welll...as a brunette I can only attest to brown hair curls.

Q: Is there a video to help using the different barrels?

Yes I had to Google it though . I typed the name of the wand in search and it pulled up several videos.

Q: How do you turn it on because mine won’t turn on?

All you do is plug it in and set the button to medium or high. I do not use high. It gets very hot.

Q: How do you fix the 360 swivel if its not working properly? The cord is constantly a knot and unplugs itself. I straighten it over and over when using.

I wish I knew-I hate that about this product!
