I love *Kross pens, but the cost of refills is quite frankly ridiculous. So, I explored online and found the dimensions of *Kross refills (Select Tippp) and then searched through an array of refills and finally happened upon these.They fit perfectly but won't function due to a short collar extension where the tip of the pen mates with the metal reservoir. It appeared to be an added modification, so I got out a trusty knife and rolled it back and forth over the end of the collar (at the reservoir, and finally cut through it and that was it. I had a refill that works perfectly in my Kross pen at less than $1 a piece. Ceramic rollerball, gel ink and all. I'd happily pay ~ $3 for a brand refill, but ~ $7-8 is ridiculous.One warning if you attempt this. Be careful when you cut through the collar to not cut through the plastic tube that connects the reservoir to the metal tip. You could end up with a real inky mess.

After reading the reviews I had concerns for both quality and fit of this product. The cartridges fit two different pens perfectly. They write well. I've only just received them, so I can't comment on longevity.Overall, great value replacement. I will buy this product again in the future.

The refills fit into 6 pens I already have 3 of which were running low on ink. I used 3 of these to replace the ones that were low. Of the three of these refills I tried only one worked (sort of) as claimed by the seller. The two that completely failed to operate correctly didn't "write smoothly" as claimed on the box and one actually tore the paper upon which I was trying to write. As for the other claims on the box, I can well believe that they do not "leak" or "smear" and have a "long lifespan" if you measure that span in terms of ink consumption. This is because almost no ink comes out of the (fine) point. If you measure the lifespan by the number of days before you get angry and throw them in the trash or run over them repeatedly with your truck, then that lifespan may be short indeed.

The Nekigoen rollerball refills are very smooth and ink flows very steadily.
