It is good & value for money. Light weight. Neatly packed & arrived on time.

100% fake products
the product has started leaking within 6 months from getting installed. how can they think of providing more than year warranty. even local one have better life than this.

Good but not very durable
While the product looks quite good, I have noticed two problems1) the rubber on the nozzle tends to tear and then water starts leaking2) in one case, the pin that holds the pressing handle came off and I could not use the soorat any more

Value for Money and Great looking!!
I love this product from Hindware, The health faucet is the ones which is prone for wear and tears very often, and I came across this one here. It is a great looking faucet and the jet is smooth and functions to your delight. No need for a plumber to install this, you can just do it yourselves. they even provide you with the rubber washer and other accessories to mount this on the wall. Overall satisfied after using it for nearly a month

Product is good, but there is a practical problem
The faucet is of a good quality. But, the hose is too rigid. So, using it by pointing it precisely is somewhat difficult. The hose should have been made of a softer material and should have been more flexible.

Great product but one issue makes it useless
The product is very good. The pipe, the faucet, finish... everything is good. But if you drop it once on to the floor, it breaks and starts leaking water.(in our case it is a drop on to floor from very less height.. around 200 cms). They have used a Plastic ring around the faucet head which is made of very brittle, low quality plastic and this ring easily breaks making the entire product useless and water starts leaking.

Product broken
It’s been just one month spray button broken. Kindly replace or take it return ASAP

Dripping issues so returned it.
I used Hindware’s other faucet with green coloured design on head instead of blue in this. The previous one was durable and reliable. Lasted for a couple of years and then it was broken. So i ordered this litter cheaper in urgency but it turned out that the water will leak for few seconds when you are done using it. This will wet your cloths. The residual dripping is a design flow as it doesn’t cut down the water supply once done using. Returned it and ordered Alton.
