These are great. I used to deal with achy knees and the older I got the less flexible I am. These have helped a great deal! No obnoxious after taste at all.Edited: I bought a new bottle and it came today. The supplements are a different color than the first batch. These are speckled tan while the first batch was solid white.

I thought that a Yoga vitamin blend might be something like Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM because it’s specially formulated for joints, flexibility, connective tissue, and movement and those are the supplements that you normally hear about for joints, etc.The Best Earth Naturals Yoga Vitamins contains more common vitamins like vitamin A, C, E, Bs, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Chromium, and a proprietary blend of some lesser used and known supplements.It is interesting to me that the Best Earth Naturals doesn’t use Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM since I just recently read a study that said that Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM doesn’t provide any evidence that it helps with joints at all.The Best Earth Naturals is definitely a good mixture of supplements that almost anyone can use and needs.I’ve been giving it to my husband because he has been suffering from shoulder and elbow pain from the work that the does.

I'm a bit surprised but I have most of these ingredients already in my Centrum vitamin but in much, much lower doses.And, to top it off the recommended intake is 2x a day. Now, if they had created a formula where some of the smaller (quantity) ingredients like Yucca Root Extract, Devil's Claw Root Powder and the rest as the main ingredients and leave the other ingredients that you're probably already taking in a multivitamin and go from there.Now, if you're taking a multivitamin and one of those daily vitamin pouches, then you should consider how this vitamin would affect or exceed your maximum daily allowance intake,There's nothing inherently bad about this vitamin and this is a low-dose substitute for a multivitamin.

These are easy to take and I am just returning to yoga so can use all of the flexibility help I can get. I can't really tell how it is working but I feel good so will continue hoping these are helping with the stratching and recovery.Massive pills though

I’ve tried other pills by this company. They either worked great or had no effect. This one had negative side effects for me. Instead of helping, whatever is in there actually made my joints hurt more. It could have been a coincidence except I stopped and started taking them 3 times to be sure. Each time I felt worse after taking them for several days. The pain stopped after I stopped these pills. Im going to continue to take their vita-woman pulls because they work, but I can’t recommend these to anyone.
