Travelon Anti-Theft Classic Slouch Hobo, Black, One Size

I just received my Anti-Theft Classic Slouch Hobo Travelon purse yesterday. Having owned one of this brand in the past, I knew they were good quality and safer for travel. My other one was smaller and messenger style. I like this purse a lot better...it's slim and body hugging under my arm while crossbody, but can also expand and hold quite a few items. It has outside and inside slots that both fit my Samsung Galaxy 7 phone with Otterbox case, plus enough room inside for my Kindle, wallet and other items. There is an inside zippered pocket and three large outside zippered pockets (one with a lock). The main compartment zipper also locks. Although roomy, the purse doesn't feel huge or bulky. Be aware that the purse won't stand up on its own, as that would require a wider/firmer base. I used the purse today and a woman who saw it complimented the appearance and asked where I got it. She's planning to do some traveling soon, and said she's going to order a Travelon purse. I would definitely recommend this item for everyday use and traveling.

This purse is a great size! The center pocket has a RFID pocket for your pen, cell phone, passport, and 5 credit cards. It also has a good sized zipper compartment and a key ring tab that has a light on it in case you need to look for something in the dark. It is also big enough for my full sized ipad. Don't worry, it isn't so deep you can't find anything.The next zippered compartment is also big enough for my ipad.The outside pocket on the front is large but the outside pocket on the back is larger. If you can't find a spot for your stuff with this purse, you have too much stuff!Now the security items: Naturally the RFID pockets inside the center pocket. There are two pockets, center and next one out, that can be secured with a latch that I have to use two hand to operate so I doubt if a pick pocket could get it opened without me knowing. My plan is to not latch it for normal use. The strap: has a carbine (might have spelled that wrong) for hooking it securely to a chair so no one can walk by and grab it and run. The strap itself is perfect! fits on my shoulder but can be extended to go across my body. It is cut proof just like the bag.I did not like the other Travelon Anti-Theft Purses as they all seemed so large. I am not packing for a trip but going to get groceries! This bag is the perfect size.Did I say I love it? Also love the purple liner..........

I loved this purse and overall it is nicely made but in the first week I got it the little zipper in the pocket of the main compartment broke. I was disappointed but everything else about the purse was wonderful. Unfortunately, about 9 months after normal use the wires that make the strap slash-proof began to poke out of the strap and started to cut into my arms and cause tears in my clothing so I can no longer use it. So sad and very disappointing. I would really like to purchase another travel on purse but most of them have the slash-proof mechanism and I am afraid it will happen again.As far as the other features, the locks are wonderful and the many pockets handy. I also loved the secret pocket although iPhone Plus models stick out slightly but once I got the normal sized iPhone it stayed hidden well and was great for quick access.

I live in an environment where purse snatching and slashing are common. I have previously used and loved the PacSafe City Safe bag but did not like the new GII version (slightly smaller feel, absence of one of the inside zipper pockets). So when my second PacSafe wore out, I decided to try this bag even though it is a bit larger than I prefer. So far I am loving it. Having 4 zipper compartments plus the storage in the main compartment makes it very functional. Though it's bigger than my previous one, it is considerably lighter. The cell phone pocket is great for me, too, but the opening wouldn't work for a phone much larger than my Samsung Galaxy. One thing I wish were different: The main compartment is the only one that can be secured against pickpockets. I wish the other two "front" pockets could also be clipped shut. Also I'm concerned about the durability of the fabric. Time will tell!

I purchased this in Sept. 2017 and I am still using it -- every single day. It's the right style for me - cross-body, good capacity, good number of compartments and I have finally memorized my organization of the compartments! :-) The interior slots for cards are a little tricky. I love the idea and I use them, BUT it is super easy for the cards to flip out/fall down into the bag. The slots could be much snugger. Enough users have already submitted this feedback, I suppose, so maybe this has already been addressed. Easy to clean. When I finally take the time to wipe off marks and smudges, they just wipe off. It's a great bag, I don't plan to swap it out any time soon.

It looks better in the picture than it did physically. I didn't like the material...not the quality/solid nylon I was expecting like the other Travelon I have. I love this Travelon bag! I bought it for a trip to England and I've used it every day since. For me, this is the perfect bag: the crossbody strap is very comfortable/the purse itself is lightweight but very durable and easy to clean if something is spilled on it/the zippered pockets are great for organizing "stuff"/the pocket on the side is perfect for my iphone 6s plus in its otter box cover. Nothing negative to say about this item - highly recommend.
