Tastes Great! Healthy! Win win!
Tastes great and keeps you feeling full for awhile! I'm super busy so drinking one for breakfast and lunch and then eating snacks and dinner is helping me find time to eat. Only downside is they are a but pricey, and I wish 14 (not 12) came in a pack, so it would be a full week if you were drinking them 2x a day. Other than that, I have tasted every flavor, and they are all good. Not gritty, no aftertaste. Good product!

Very good
I'm allergic to soy and am lactose intolerant, so it's difficult to find a meal replacement drink I can actually drink. This shake is really tasty (tastes like rice with a coffee flavor) and didn't make me sick at all. Keeps me full a good 4-5 hours and I will definitely try other flavors.

Awful
Tasted absolutely atrocious. Kept it for a very long time thinking I would get used to the taste and just drink them so they weren't wasted. Literally just threw them away because no one else in my family could stomach the taste either. Was very disappointed.

Great Product
I've been using Kate Farms meal replacement off and on for 2yrs. It tastes great, offers a large amount of nutrients for your body and most importantly, it will not leave you hungry. And it makes me feel more energetic.

Chalkiness detracts from palatability
I had high hopes for this. I can't have dairy and have type 1 diabetes and diabetic gastroparesis. I need a shake that is dairy free, without much fat, and about 40 grams carb. This would have been perfect if not for the chalky taste. Maybe a stronger coffee flavor could have compensated for the chalkiness. I'm disappointed that I am now stuck with a case I can't really use.

Saved my life and taste best in my opinion
I have Stage!! 4 Melanoma and had a severe reaction side effect in which I was on a liquid diet for three weeks. These literally saved my life and tasted better than any other meal supplement I could find. I love Kate Farms Komplete!!!!

Great second-best of the Komplete line
The cocoa fudge is my flavor, but when Komplete is out of fudge, which is quite often, this is a good substitute.
