I’m trying to return his product. They are very cheaply made and the upper part of shoe is flimsy. Also they run big. However the company has not approved my return.

I don't think they run big, they are wide, to accommodate bunions.I think of them more like slippers or flipflops. The bunion corrector sleeve makes them more comfortable as I think the hard plastic may be irritating without.They do help align your toes in the right position especially if you are status postop bunion surgery, even years later those suckers try to make a comeback if you don't wear the right shoes.For the price, I have no regrets!

I ordered the wrong size and gave them to a friend. She loves them. Wears them everywhere and said they are super comfortable.
