What are the dimensions of this item?

The molds are aprox. 5"wide (side to side at widest point), 7-2/4" long (top to bottom) and about 4" deep. This will make the cake 8" from front to back when and if the two haves are combined.

How can i put the two cakes together? I tried using icing and it just keeps sliding.

Check the type of frosting you use....most icing stays relatively soft and wont hold the two halves together....but if you get the kind of icing/frosting that dries hard, it works.....kinda like an edible glue ;)

Could you use this for a meat skull?

Probably. I’ve only used it for baking. But I don’t see why you couldn’t use it with like hamburger meat or something like that

Can I use this as a concrete mold?

I don't know why not... I use it for molding rice krispie treats into cake toppers... don't know if the concrete would stick to it?
