This should have a flat rubber washer instead of the O ring.

Perfect replacement for stripped dip stick
The first time I tried to screw in the cheap plastic dipstick provided with my Predator 3500, it stripped. I bought this metal one, and it works perfectly. Make sure to use a rag when the generator is warmed up to remove it.

Fits my Predator 5000 generator
Didn't have any problems screwing it into the oil fill port. The threads match up and it fits tight. I have one similar to this one on my Honda gererator.
