Is the jacket rated for motorcycle use?

I understand it is, good leather thickness & padding

is this jacket slim fit or regular fit?

In my estimation the fit is not Regular, it slims from the chest to the waist. I have also found that the sizing does not allow for the old fashined 'dressing for the cold' with the wearing of extra layers.

Is the press studs made of none rusting metal as i have a exposed leather coat and the studs are rusting and the coat as not got wet

I've been wearing my jacket a lot and I must say that the studs have remained rust-free so far. However, I don't tend to wear it when it's raining.
