This puzzle was my favorite of the past couple months! I love Ravensburger puzzles for many reasons.1. The photo was clear and crisp, with all colors and transitions accurately represented. It is not a "beautiful" picture, like some jigsaw puzzles that show landscapes or art works. (But I knew that when I bought it!)2. The pieces are solid, and fit together nicely. They are all interlocking, yet distinctly different shapes. Very little risk of mismatches, and when they fit I was confident - even when there were sudden color transitions to trick me.3. The theme of repetitive images (doors, lighthouses, hot sauce bottles, books, whatever) is an interesting theme, it makes the puzzle easier because you can make smaller groups based on unique colors and patterns. I imagine it would be particularly great for a team/family project because of the distinctive sections. This was perhaps the best of those that I've seen!! There were enough differences between some doors, and similarities among others, that it was easy to dig into but also a little more challenging at times. Never too difficult, though.My only complaint, and it's a very small one, is that part of the photo was obscured by the brand logo on the bottom right. Not much, just a little.I rate this puzzle "Best of the Best" and highly recommend it.

Good quality puzzle. I've done this puzzle ~10 times since purchasing in 2016. Pieces fit together nicely; rarely do I put a piece in the wrong place because it's easy to tell if pieces fit together.

My mom, brother, and I took about four to five days to complete it. It helped calm my nerves after a scary event occurred before I arrived home; the package also arrived on time, so excellent! When we were almost complete (at the 999th piece), one was missing, and I thought it was a manufacturing mistake. I tried to shrug it off, but it haunted me for two days until my mom found it under the printer stand and let me have my satisfying moment of completing this puzzle. It was a moment to remember; sadly, we put the finished puzzle under the bed and left it there until we could find a frame to set it in, so I can't insert a photo for this review.

This Ravensburger Doors of the World jigsaw puzzle has it all. Bright, crisp, clear images with rich vivid colors that match the cover photo. Sturdy pieces with low dust, that fit cleanly together. A challenge but no large areas (like expanses of sky or vegetation) where you have to just try every possible piece to find the right one. We like the no-glare finish; sometimes in low light such as dusk or a cloudy day we turn on extra lights and with other puzzles this can make it harder to see the pieces on puzzles that don't have this feature. There's no separate poster, but the border on the cover photo is pretty true to the actual puzzle, and the couple of places where a bit of the puzzle is obscured are small and not a real hindrance. A good value for the price, too. We haven't quite finished it; I will update my review if we are missing any pieces.

Pieces lock into place nicely. So colorful.

After buying puzzles that were very low quality, I decided to spend a bit more and get a good quality puzzle. I am beyond pleased with the quality, color, and design of this puzzle. My only disappointment is that it is missing two pieces. The first missing piece was apparent early on. It’s an end piece. I work my edges first. I figured I missed it in the box, but as I worked more and more of the puzzle it was clear that it was missing. I completed the puzzle and found one other piece is missing. So frustrating as I planned to sell the puzzle as I only complete them once. I won’t get nearly the money I would if it were t missing pieces.I contacted the manufacturer and am waiting to see if they do anything to make it right.I bought another puzzle from the same manufacturer. Hoping all the pieces are included.**I live alone, so this isn’t an issue of someone else messing the puzzle.

Challenging puzzle and pieces fit together nicely.

I really enjoyed this puzzle--challenging enough to be fun but not so challenging as to be frustrating. But what is it with the prices on these puzzles? It's crazy! I think this is more than when I recently bought it. They need to reduce these prices. I wouldn't pay this much.Added: I paid $17.99 on March 18. Now they're charging what, $23.94 or something it was? I urge you to discourage this predatory pricing and do NOT buy it until they drop the price.
