Deep Tissue Massage Ball Set for Myofascial Release, Yoga, Mobility, Trigger Point & Physical Therapy

My personal trainer, who's helping me ease a really sore piriformis muscle (that little one that's hard to get at deep inside the glute) that's also causing pain down my thigh and up into my lower back, recommended sitting on a tennis ball and rolling around on it to get at the piriformis. I immediately realized that wasn't going to work: too squishy and the fuzzy surface slides all over the floor rather than rolling into position. So I did some research on Amazon and lo and behold--there are rubber balls for precisely this kind of thing! After looking at a bunch of different brands, I settled on Massage Track for a couple of reasons: they come in varying degrees of firmness (I knew I needed firm, but wasn't sure how firm) and the founder and owner of the company answers all customer questions himself--very personal attention to his product and customers. E.g., when someone asked a question about whether the balls could be heated, he experimented by putting one in a microwave and reported back in detail how it worked (great, apparently) and how to do it safely.These balls are fabulous. I use them on my butt, thigh, back--anywhere I have an ache or pain--using the firmest ball for my butt and the softer ones for my lower back. Some have mentioned that they're better than a foam roller. I use both the balls and my roller--they do different things. The balls are definitely better at pinpointing specific muscles.

If you love the Mobility gear from Kelly Starrett from MobilityWOD. This product will blow you away. Be prepared for range of motion improvements not likely for most people. Follow the instructions on the videos.

Great for trigger point therapy on my shoulder blade against a wall. But if I had to do over again, I would have gone with a single softest ball from this seller.

it came quick and super high quality! there are imitators out there at a fraction of the price but this one...worth every single penny! and the customer service and experience is just incredible! blown away. you're not buying a product with them, you're buying into the ecosystem of a lifelong experience :)

This along with the Neck Track are just what I needed to loosen up my neck after long hours at a computer. I can tell the difference when I don't use them regularly. Highly recommend!

This morning my lower back was stiff and kind of painfully locked up because of tight and sore gluts from hiking two days ago. After 15 minutes of work with the Massage Track and these awesome balls, my back has about 90% range of motion back, and there is no more pain and or stiffness. Previously I would do the work on my hips and gluts with a foam roller. The massage track is at least 10 times more effective, not to mention easier to use. Super grateful to you Eric for pushing through the immense challenges, fears, and risks and making the Massage Track a reality. Oh yeah, and my wife loves it too of course ;)
