I purchased two collars. One for a dog with a 16in neck (I measured appropriately) and one with a 23 in neck. Coincidentally, this company says they will fit both. It fit the smaller dog, however not the larger dog. When I realized I couldn't even put it around him, I measured the collar. From end to end, it is exactly 21 inches. If you have a dog who is 21 inches, it will not fit them either, as that is end to end, without being closed. 20 inches is the most I would guess, however I shouldn't have to guess. I found a more inexpensive item (not prime), but I needed the collars today, so I ordered these. I was very disappointed, as I can understand something that is negligible, however, you can't just add a couple extra inches to sell more collars, or because you can't be bothered to measure appropriately. It was a waste of my time to purchase these. For this I give your product (because you advertised inaccurately) two stars. Other than that, if you have a smaller dog, they are cute collars and may be worth something but I can't be bothered to look into them anymore as they do not fit my dog. I really hope this advertiser changes their information so they don't waste someone else's time...

Works good. In my case the first time I tried it I had the lights on top of my Dogs neck and had it set to fast blink mode. I felt like I was in a 70's disco with the strobe lights going. My recommendation is to put the lights below the dog's neck if your going to use either of the flash modes. Other than that it works great in keeping track of where your dog is at night, especially if you have a dark colored dog like I do. I got the Blue one and really like it.

Great collar that we use to see our girl at the dog park at night. The battery lasts well but the only thing is that our dog plays a bit rough and the button that turns the lights on and off is easily hit by her and other dogs, so the collar gets turned off intermittently. We ended up cutting the button down to be flush with the rest of the "paw" and that helps tremendously although can still get turned off every now and then.

I got this collar the other day and I truly do love it! We happened to have a fire alarm and had to evacuate the apartments at 9pm and it was already pitch black out. Our apartment doesn't have a lot of street lamps and my dog was glowing! All the other dog owners kept asking about it, etc.I wish it had a few more little lights on it, but it does the job as it. The button is a little sensitive and my dog has now accidentally turned it on so I take it off during the day/crating and use it as a night time collar only.

These was so uncomfortable on my dog. Because they are made with a hard plastic and she would not wear it. We had to go buy a different one at pet smart. Plus could not figure out how to get the batteries in because they did not last long. I would not recommend this product. They have others that I have bought on here that is made from cloth and I would recommend them.

Love the LED collars. Lightweight and long lasting.

I appreciate good service.This collar worked great till we smelled something weird on our pup one night. We thought she was sprayed by a skunk but after some investigating we figured out that it was an electrical smell coming from this collar. It smelled like it was about to catch fire. My pup could have been hurt or died because of this collar. I would give negative stars if I could. I bet the company won't even give my money back. Horrible purchase.
