Aromatherapy Shoulder Wrap Herbal Pack, Celestial Green

Was good for less than two months and then it slit open. Very upsetting. I had a different brand prior and it last for years. I replaced it with this and sadly I need to get another one now.

I had a “herbie” like this several years ago. I got it at a home and garden show. I loved it! Used it almost every night for several years. My daughter asked for one for Christmas this year and I read the descriptions of several different ones online. This sounded like the closest if not exactly like the one I had. I ordered one for her for Christmas and had to get one for myself as well because I don’t have my original one any more. I was so pleasantly surprised that it has the same scent and works just like the one I used to have. I love how the warmth is so soothing for sore muscles. I will be ordering a couple more soon because my son loves to use mine and my granddaughter loves to use my daughter’s. This way they will have their own. I highly recommend these! You will not be disappointed!!

I never thought I would have to write this review. I have back and neck issues and have been successfully purchasing and using these packs for years. The product, when not defective, is great and provides comforting warmth. In the past the wraps/packs seemed to last for a long time, then they gradually developed holes, at which point I would mend them until they finally had to be replaced. Not so with the most recent one. After about 3 MONTHS of gentle use multiple holes opened in the neck and shoulder wrap. I started noticing rice on my furniture and on my floors ... a LOT of rice. The final straw was after using the wrap for warmth in bed on a cold night, I awakened to find my bed full of rice and a powdery dust from the "dried herbs" in the filling. $31.00 is a lot of money to pay for something that only lasts for a few months before falling apart. I am unhappy that there doesn't seem to be any contact information for the seller. If others are having the same problem I am I understand why.

This product does not have enough of whatever it is you put in it feels like it’s missing areas of your stuffing.

I bought this and have used it a handful of times. I now have rice pieces all over my house.

I love using this product. My only complaint is that I wish it stayed warm longer. I am still happy with the product.

I absolutely love it..I'm seriously usin g b it as we speak. I use this every day rather it's my aching back or just tired feet. I'm very active so this is a must! I'm think of buying g one more just so I can have 1 for freezing and 1 just for heating. I recommend it for anyone, any age!
