Keurig K130 K-Cup Brewer

This is a commercial style Keurig brewer and for me the best feature is that it warns me if I forget the cup. It is simple and fast and I generally use it for first coffee - and then my grinding brewer later.

My husband and I travel quite a lot and stay at holiday inn express. They have the keurig machine we bought. Thinking it would last sense they are used so much at holiday inn. Ours lasted less than two months.

I love that Keurig coffee maker. so easy to use and it makes a great cup of coffee.

Keurig K130 arrived today. Very excited to receive it. However, it was boxed in a Loews box and then in an interior box which was taped shut, but obviousily not a new box. Brewer had a strong odor and is unusable. Poor quality item was shipped and now no return. Don't fall for this poor business practice. Order elsewhere.

I would have sent this back but my son threw the box away. I have to slam it down to get it to close and I have a hard time getting it to open.

I got a K130 from a hotel liquidation giveaway, was excited to use it, but NOT excited about the expensive disposable single-use kcups, so I bought 3 different kinds of reusable filter cups, but NONE of them fit right. Apparently, the COMMERCIAL maker is sabotaged in its design so that we can't use the reusable filter cups, only the HOME keurigs can do that. I've tried asking for customer service from different companies that sell the reusable pods, but the never seem to understand that a commercial machine is fitted differently, they always direct me to the ones I ALREADY TRIED. Whether buying the whole funnel thing, or just the baskets to go inside the existing funnel, they DON'T FIT. And no, I'm not missing the difference between 1.0 vs 2.0. NEITHER of those work. Commercial pots are excluded from being compatible. So... passing along this K130 and NOT buying anything else. Thanks.
