Does what it says!
I started taking this product as directed, 3 times per day, just 3 days ago. I immediately felt the effects when I went to the gym that night. I had more energy and broke a sweat quicker. It does decrease your appetite, which is truly what I was looking for because I was ravenously hungry prior to taking the product. Quite out of the norm for me and I didn't understand why the change in my hunger. other than hormone changes or emotional eating. Either way, I did not want to stay on that trend of hunger, so I ordered this product. I did research Hoodia Gordonii thoroughly and this is the product I chose. I am super happy with this product and I will be reordering again!

I take them to stop the hunger cravings. When I forget to take it in the morning, I can tell the difference. The directions state to take 1 capsule 3 times a day, I only take 1 capsule in the morning and it helps all day.

this stuff really works!
It never fails me. It kills the munchies that you get from boredom or that "need to eat due to stress" but allows me to still feel my real hunger so I know the difference when my body actually needs fuel.
