Q: When you use the slides between the 2 towers, are the 2 towers attached or can 1 still fall down?

At the bottom of the slide there's like a slot thing that you can fit on the lip of the tower. If you watch the video it shows better what I mean. It's not as sturdy as the main pieces being stacked but it still holds pretty good.

Q: Hi. We received this item as a gift for Christmas and the set is missing 4 white spacers. How can we arrange for additional pieces?

Ask the seller and let them know the pieces are missing. They should make it right. Just click on message seller and you can send back for a new one or the additional pieces

Q: we have a marble maze that keeps falling apart. Does this stay together once connected?

It's a mix and match slide. But the pieces stay together very well. It is really light weight so the little one can knock it over easily. But other than that it's pretty sturdy once put together

Q: Would ping pong balls work?

Yes. But I think that they would be too light to travel down the ball drop successfully.
