My Best Christmas Gift!
He gave this to me as a present and I was thrilled! What a well made product. The frame is heavy duty and it really zips along. So far the battery life seems very good and I will be using this to cruise around the lake development. The brakes are amazing and I felt at ease the first time on it. Love the bell and light features!

The scooter would not charge right out of the box.
For the price I paid for this scooter I'd expect a durable product well crafted. No t a device that can not service shipping.

Will be returning it because.....
Initially I was impressed with the build quality and ease of assembly however not only does The Handlebar seem to work itself loose after each ride I can't seem to get used to the fact Debbie accelerator is on the right and the brake is on the far left. I don't know how many other scooters are configured the same way but I find it very unnatural and really hard to get used to. Also I ordered a scooter called the urban Max what the scooter is branded with a different name all together. I will be sending the scooter back to Amazon tomorrow. It's a real shame

It's ok cheap material
Was great at first been riding it back and forth for a month to and from work so say 4 miles a day and sinve the first week the reflectors have come off the clip to connect it when it's folded came off the back wheel cover is starting to come off the handle bar screws keep getting loose battery starts to die fast.. just had to spend $450 on a whole nother scooter cause not sure how much longer this will last

motor burned up after 12 uses!!! Company will not reply to emails!
This was junk from the start and the company refused to return a dozen emails and keeps getting this review deleted!!! Is will not go up a 10 degree slope with a 150 pound person on it and it will only get to 15 MPH if it's going downhill! On level ground, it reaches about 10MPH tops!

Completely dead after 3 months
I'm a bit upset... My husband bought me this for Christmas and it's dead now. First after 1/2 month the back bumper thing broke off and was hanging by the light wire. I called for warranty and the refunded $300 (thank good for insurance) now it won't turn on at ALL. We got another one with the money refunded but I'm worried it will happen again!
