Good old Peter, never fails to impress

One of the funniest and rudest shows ever! Never get enough of their jokes

I've loved every season of Family Guy since it started. I have probably laughed out loud on 20 occasions during every episode...until now. I agree with a previous reviewer who said the PC brigade appear to have had too much influence. Many of the original characters only have cameo appearances and are not as funny when they do.It doesn't have the edgy risque jokes anymore, nor does it have many of those moments when you think "I can't believe they just said that!". I don't fully understand why this had to change as Family Guy has never been racist, it merely holds a mirror up to american society. Admittedly it does base jokes on race, but does so with EVERY race, religion or sexual orientation and consequently is very funny.I feel it's become too sophisticated and as a result lost a lot of the appeal of the earlier series. There are still some great moments the highlight being Mr Herbert's rendition of the song "Torn between two lovers"I will continue to buy every series of Family Guy as I think it's still the best adult animated series on TV

What is there to say about this series? After 20 years in production, it’s still as fresh and funny as ever. I haven’t seen all the episodes on this dvd, so it’s a real treat. The humour and characters are timeless. This is a three disc set with 20 episodes which include Brian and Stewie shrinking to microscopic size, Peter becomes White aHouse press secretary, Meg gets internet fame and more.There’s a stack of bonus material including deleted scene, 20 years of famous cutaways, an alternate episode with and without audio commentary. If you like Family Guy, this is a must. If you’re new to Family Guy, this is a must! Absolutely brilliant.
