Great book!!!

Can't hold on to this British reprint of comprehensive book for Beetle fans. Loaned out copies never return!

I got this book for my dad who is really into VW's, especially the Beetles. I can't say anything from experience with this book, but my dad loves it!

A good value but i do wish there was more technical info about the yearly improvements of the beetle/

Great reading.

This is a very small book to cover the entire story of the VW Beetle. And so to expect this nicely written little book to be an authority on the subject is to miss what I think the purpose of the book is - to introduce readers to the story who can then followup with one or more of the many books that are out there that are authoritative and more thorough. Very friendly book to read as you feel like a friend is sharing the information. A special note: Photographs are reprinted in a very clean and clear manner so that photos I have seen in many other books on the subject are now seen more clearly than ever before, often revealing some new detail.
