I want to say NO. Here are there ingredients as listed on the bottle - in exact order: "Natural Carob Powder, Natural Truffle Flavor, Salt, Black Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.). I hope this answers your question."

“Natural Truffle Flavor” is a chemical, not made from truffles. From what is this additive on the label made?

This is my favorite seasoning. The ingredients listed include pecorino cheese, natural flavors, potato flour, salt and black summer truffles. The label states gluten-free and all natural. There are black summer truffles in this seasoning, not natural truffle flavoring.

Do you need to keep this in the refrigerator?

No refrigeration needed. This can be kept in a cool dark place with the rest of your spices and oils.
