Love the quality of the watch.. my grandson was so excited he picked it out... after I read the reviews we ordered it and received it the next day... just love it..

The watch itself is a beautiful watch. I would give the appearance of the watch 5 stars, however, the functionality is VERY VERY POOR! I have purchased the appropriate SIM card, registered the device, downloaded the app, and followed every instruction possible, and I’m getting absolutely no where! The instructions that came with the watch are not clear and the app is also not clear. They also do not have appropriate trouble shooting solutions. I will be returning the item, and hoping that I can find a distributor in the U.S.

Definitely, one of the better kids smart watches. Battery life is much better than others we have had, voice call quality is also superior in comparison. The charging cable is also very user friendly as a magnetic contact. My kids simply love it. The only drawback is the app which is advertisement based and rather annoying unless you buy a non-ad subscription but the even with the ads it’s still works great. The GPS locator is not 100% accurate just as all other kids smart watches we had (possibly due to the mobile network instead of the watch)

First watch wouldn’t turn on, was sent another watch. This one turned on but would not work. Bought the SIM card it said to buy and still would not work.

Cheap looking, does not work without a sim, cannot even change the time without a sim. Horrible!

The watch looks good so far. Comes with charger and looks durable. It does require a SIM card and it does not come with it. I can't wait for my kids to use it.

Disappointed after receiving this product, I was notified through speedtalk (which was the company the product recommended using) that no one supports a 2G device in the USA as on June 1 2020. What a waste of time and money. Sending this product back.
