FANZEOS Aquatic Exercise Dumbbells,Water Aerobics Fitness and Pool Exercises - Set of 2 - for Water Weights Fitness Barbells

I have used these in the pool every day since I got them. I was skeptical...and then surprised by the amount of resistance they provide under water. Arrived in a shipping bag with some bubble wrap...which has left permanent "bubble marks" on the foam and there's a dent in one - I can't see the listing from the review page but I feel like these were probably shipped from overseas somewhere, so it doesn't surprise me that something sat on them long enough to leave marks. It's cosmetic..doesn't affect their usefulness...but being foam, I figured it would eventually pop back out, but that doesn't seem to be happening. I will say I stupidly paid more for the pink ones...because pink. Like it makes a difference what color they are? Don't be me...just get the cheapest color, it will do the same thing LOL

I'm a senior, and use these in our community swimming pool. They're great for low impact exercise. I also use them to help keep me afloat when I just want to lie back and float around in the pool. So glad I got these!

These offer more resistance in the water compared to the weights that are available at the pool that I work out at. I like them and they offer a good workout!!

Water Arobics they worked very well

Use these for water aerobics class. They are of medium resistance and perfect for building abs and obliques. I go to class 5 days a week and truly enjoy these. Thank you for them.

These I bought for water aerobics next year! They seem lightweight compared to my last weights but maybe difficult in water. I liked the color and my other water weights are worn after 5 years.

Love them I do not know how to swim so feel safer with these to hold me up. Jmn
