If you make cookies that you need to roll out you know a baking mat is a must! I have struggled with the cookies sticking to the mat even with flour, especially gingerbread! This mat made it so much easier after i rolled the dough out to lift the cut cookie up - and the flexibility was a huge help on the super thin ones ! It didn’t stick at all and i used way less flour. I also liked that it washes off so easily, the only caveat is it is small, I’ll need to buy a larger one for holiday cookie time but this size was great for a one batch recipe for sure. I’m excited to try the measurements on my near paw cookies next! Storage was easy the mat rolls up and fits in my small kitchen drawer, didn’t use dishwasher on it so not sure how that works

I didn't know how this would hold up baking on.. and it did awsome put my batter down put it right in the oven did Great, baked something 3 times in a roll and it held up great! No problems what so ever! Been telling all my baker friends about it.. loved that it has all the different measurements on it so handy!

First thing we noticed about baking mat was that it was thick. I've had some other silicone mats in the past that are paper thin. Not the case with this one. I feel several times heavier than the thin ones I've had in the past. 8 cookies and homemade dinner rolls on top of these and they just slid off. Super easy to clean and easy to roll up and store away. this was definitely the best baking mat I've ever owned and I highly recommend it.

I bought this to use with my half sheet pan and it fits perfectly. It’s a great product, non-stick, easy to clean. I’ve been using it 2-3 times a week. Having the measurements on the mat is very handy-useful. I would definitely recommend this product. As for the one of the reviewer, not sure how their product caught on fire or the product becomes “non-stick”.

This is a very good quality baking mat and it is so funny because I struggled more than try to get it out of the packaging then it is to actually use it I think they need to do something a little better because since it is silicone and it’s wrapped in plastic tube omg you cannot get it out without having to cut the packaging apart

The media could not be loaded.  I will not use parchment paper or expensive sprays ever again! I used this mat to make fruit leather which is super sticky and I had the easiest time peeling it off after it cooked. This mat is so easy to clean and leaves my pan spotless. I am an at home chef/baker and I will use this all of the time.

How did I ever live without this silicone cookie mat? It's terrific! I was able to make cookies that were coated (both sides) in sugar & they did not stick! Easy to use and easy to clean.

This silicone mat is terrific. You can wash it by hand or in the dishwasher. I will never buy and throw away parchment paper again!
