Tarot of Marseille Mini (Marseille Tarot, 5) Cards – August 8, 2020

Nicely printed, the images are quite distinctly comparable to those of the larger CBD Tarot de Marseille, also available here at amazon. I notice no distortion whatsoever of the images due to the smaller card size. None.This is a good little deck with absolutely nothing whatsoever wrong about it. If you want a pocket-sized Marseille deck to carry about with you, this is it. Perfectly serviceable and of a good quality. Money well spent for anyone interested in Tarot.

I really like this deck but I'm so confused on why it's listed under Roberto De Angelis on this site and Llewellyn's. The other standard size deck exactly like it says Anna Maria Morsucci and Mattie Ottolini and this one says those names in the box too and Roberto's is no where to be found on the box carton or the deck at all. I'm genuinely confused by that. But it is much prettier than the CBD Tarot De Marseille by Yoav Ben-Dov and much easier to shuffle. I literally cannot hold those cards without my hands hurting so badly because they can barely grasp around it. This deck here is so much easier to shuffle. It's not got all those ugly mistakes/mess ups on it like the CBD TDM too. It's just all around better imo. Better vibe also. And the box carton it comes in is so nice! I feel like it'll keep the cards safe for a long time. The cardstock is lovely and a breeze to handle. An all around comfortable TDM deck. Highly recommend! The only complaint I have is that I wish it had reversal meanings in the booklet that comes with. But there's a million books out there with the upside down meanings so I'm not too upset about it.

This is a nice little deck at a reasonable price ($13.95 at the time I write this review). I had a mini Marseille deck some time ago but lost it, so I ordered this one since I am giving Tarot another try (thanks to the videos and books of Vincent Patisci). Vince recommends learning on the Marseille deck, even though some consider it more challenging because of the pip cards in the Minor Arcana; he says it's like learning to drive a stick shift, and then being able to transition easily to an automatic - if you can read the Marseille, other decks will be no problem. Since this deck is made by Lo Scarabeo in Italy, it is good quality. The cards (which are mini's, approximately 2 inches by 3 inches) come in a sturdy little box (the top slides off) rather than a flimsy tuck box, so it should hold up well - a great little deck for the price.

A perfect mini deck to accompany me via briefcase. Vibrant colors. Made with quality card stock. The deck fits comfortably in hand and is easy to shuffle. The card size are just a little smaller than standard size poker cards. I think the images are proportional to the card dimensions.

The card stock is great quality and it comes in a sturdy box that will hold up with time. I love mini decks in general because my hands are small and I love to carry them in my purse. The colors on this deck are crisp and vivid. I would love for Lo Scarabeo to publish different historical Tarot De Marseille mini decks, I would buy them all.

I have been a professional tarot reader for over 30 years and keep buying this mini deck when needed, to replace the old one. The box is stiff cardboard, so it is easy to have it with me, the cards are well protected
