No they do not discolor. Have have had mine for about a year. I do hand wash them.

Yes…this is stainless steel wine glass.

no they are copper color with etching. They are beautiful. I will stress not to put them in the dishwasher. They have a coating on them so that they do not tarnish, but that coating will not withstand the heat of a dishwasher dry cycle and will peal off. We keep ours in the freezer to have a cold glass of white wine and that doesn't cause issues with the coating.
