I love G Diapers!
We've been using G Diapers since my son was maybe 2-3 months old. He was a premie, so we had to wait until he was big enough to fit into the diapers. They are easy to clean, easy to change, look adorable, are good for the environment and at nearly 8 months old, he's never had even a hint of diaper rash. We use the Rockin Green diaper detergent and NOTHING ELSE. Never use regular detergents on cloth diapers and definitely never use fabric softeners or drier sheets! They create a barrier and cause the diapers to repel instead of absorb. I also love that the G Diapers are pocket style because you only have to wash 1, 2 or possibly all three components at a time. If its just pee, you can just change the cloth insert. If its poop, you can usually just change the cloth insert or possibly the insert and plastic liner. I only change the shell once per day or when it gets wet or a little poo on the edge. In 5 months, we've only had one significant blow out. That's far less than my friends who use disposables. And again... No diaper rashes! Love them! I usually get 10 shells and 18 cloth inserts. That way I never run out of shells and I do diaper laundry every day & a half. Just long enough to save up a reasonable size load, but not let stuff get too old and stinky. I use a hamper with a planet wise liner (wash the liner with your diaper laundry) and deodorize with a Moso Natural Air Purifying Bag. And I never have any odor. All of these things are available on amazon. :-). Good luck on your cloth diapering journey! :-)

Love them especially for rash prone kids
I have g-diapers and these are a must to use the covers. They for nice and work well. I prefer g's for the Small size stage. I'm not sure if its because they just fit better (this pouch size fits covers sized Medium through XL) which is a big, big range with no adjustment on the pouch. I guess it doesn't really need it, although if it did, I think the diapers would fit trimmer. If I used the flushes in them, I'd prob use these all the time. Best system for that, however I prefer to use hemp/cotton inserts and sometimes the cloth can shift in these. Not often, but it def makes the cover wet, or at least damp. It happens far less with their flushie inserts. Over all, if you use the g system, I'd get more of these than covers, but my experience has me changing the whole cover each change. Even if you don't have any leaking, they will feel damp on the outside. So with pee changes, you could easily just set it aside with a fresh insert for the next change.

Works, but stretches out quickly
I use gdiapers, but I've grown to prefer the cover/prefold method for cloth diapering over time. My main issue with gdiapers is with these snap-in pouches. They stretch out over time, which can lead to leaks. Fortunately I have a friend who is handy with a sewing machine and she's been able to reinforce these with extra elastic, but I shouldn't have to do that given the price point of these pouches. I wish they held up longer.

I love gdiapers!
I love gdiapers!!!!! I cannot imagine using anything else to cloth diaper my baby with, We have been using the gdiaper system with oso cozy microfiber stay dry prefolds since the birth of my son 16 months ago. They are simple to use and easy to clean and keep their shape well. They are super absorbent . The pouches last a very long time as long as you do not bleach them. I hang mine out on the line to dry with his diapers so they last a very very long time. I would recommend gdiapers to any one and everyone who is considering using cloth diapers. They are simply genius! Oh and if you fold down the velcro tabs on themselves when you wash them they stay lint free. I just sold his newborn, small and medium set for almost the same as I paid for them because they still looked brand new.

Only lasts a few months, then garbage!!!
I have used these gDiaper pouches for over 3 years with both my sons. I love them when they are new, but hate being forced to constantly purchase more when they become worn. gDiaper is the only cloth diapers we have ever used for both our boys, and we made a significant investment in the gPants, pouches, and inserts (Alva). These pouches are the only part of the system I absolutely hate because they become worn and stained after about 4 months of use. Once they are worn, every single diaper will leak within an hour or two. We've accepted the stains and stopped soaking in Oxyclean when the company said this could be contributing to faster deterioration of the "waterproof" material. But, even after washing in cold water with free and clear detergent and only hang drying, the pouches still begin to become less "waterproof" in just a few months. I have tried washing in a water repellant solution which is very expensive and only extends the wear a few washes. After doing the math, I have spent over $200 freaking dollars ($20 for 6 pouches) on replacing these pouches!!! I could have bought approximately 730 Seventh Generation or 788 Pampers disposables with what I have spent on pouches alone. My second son is only 10 months old, so I have no choice but to continue to purchase them or ditch the whole gDiaper system. This company has done a superb job design the system and the gPants (out cover) are a superb quality, but these pouches will suck up any savings you expected to have with cloth diapers. By the time you realize how much you have spent replacing the pouches you will already be invested in the whole system. Trust me don't even bother with gDiaper until they improve the durability of these pouches or significantly reduce the price. Great company with good customer service, but the pouches feel like a multiple-use disposable and will result in an ongoing monetary investment once you start
