Light enough for day, but moisturizing enough for night
At first, I thought there’s no way face moisturizer could be worth $165… so going into it I was extra critical. Honestly though this moisturizer is pretty amazing. For context, we haven’t tried any other high-end luxury moisturizer before, so I can’t compare it to any other brands in that category. The other moisturizer I was using is youth to the people and cost about $40-$50 (which I loved). This is light enough to be a day moisturizer, but moisturizing enough for night. We’ve been using it day and night since we got it and my husband jokes that our face looks CGI. Our face looks fresher, hydrated and younger. The scent isn’t my favorite, but it’s so mild and dissipates pretty quickly after using. I don’t mind the scent as long as it works, and this does for us. We haven’t had any negative reactions to it.I’m surprised at how much we like it. We just ordered one of Kypris serums to see how that combo works.

Contains fabulous ingredients but has a very strong initial fragrance. Use within 3 months.
KYPRIS - Natural Puff of Love Nurturing Anytime MoisturizerThe beautiful jar of moisturizer (46 ml / 1.56 fl oz) arrived in a branded box wrapped in sturdy bubble wrap. All ingredients are listed on the box. The glass is a protective dark brown, and the jar had a plastic disc under the gold-colored lid which covered the product. This moisturizer is made with more than 15 fabulous ingredients including shea butter, baobab seed oil, hemp seed oil, squalene, sunflower seed oil, and rosemary leaf extract. Those are just the ones most people would have heard of, there are many more, and it’s the reason I ordered it. It has just two not-so-great ingredients and both are within the final three on the list: benzyl benzoate (one of the “EU 26 fragrances” that must be labelled separately because of its allergen potential) and linalool (a common fragrance that oxidizes on air exposure and becomes allergenic).I’ve used this beige-colored moisturizer, at night, for a little over a week. The first thing I noticed as I applied it was the scent. Initially it’s very strong, and it does linger for a while. It took me back the first few times I used it, but I’ve grown used to it and am okay with it now. I’m not sure how to describe it; it was a new scent to me. Perhaps one of the fermented ingredients combined with the fragrances? You’ll either be okay with it or not; I think the scent will be the deciding factor for most people. The moisturizer applied easily, and it absolutely made my skin feel smooth and soft. I experienced no tackiness. I have acne-prone, combination skin and I’ve experienced no irritation or spots. However, my skin does look a little “dewy” for a while after applying it, so this moisturizer is a bit too much for me during the day. This moisturizer contains a couple preservatives (fermented radish root and benzyl alcohol), but an icon on the box and jar states the product should be used within 3 months of opening. There was an (EXP?) date on the label on the bubble wrap: 03/16/2025. Vegan. Cruelty free. Made in the USA.

Not a Fan of the Smell
This KYPRIS - Natural Puff of Love Nurturing Anytime Moisturizer is a thick cream that is fairly easy to apply to your face. It definitely feels moisturizing and my skin feels smooth after using it. However, it has an odd medicinal smell that I don't like at all. It is really strong when first applying and seems to dissipate some once it is absorbed into your skin (or I was just used to it at that point). At this price point ($165 for just over 1 1/2 ounces) I expect a lovely smelling, or no scent at all, moisturizer. Also, for those concerned with freshness, I could not find an expiration date on the packaging or the jar.

Horrible Scent, Short Shelf LIfe
I was excited to try this cream because it sounded like it was luxuriously hydrating. My skin is still recovering from the dry winter months and I was hoping a higher-quality cream would be the solution I needed. The cream comes in a little jar with a twist-off cover. The box it arrives in has the ingredients and all the information you need to know about the product on the outside. The jar is really cute and quite fancy, but that's what you would expect from a product at this price point. The cream itself is a custard color and is neither heavy nor light on the skin. It takes a little time to absorb but feels hydrating once it has. It feels like it's made from good-quality ingredients but there's one major issue here, the scent. The smell is overpowering. It smells like a prescription cream that you have to use for an ailment and not a cream meant for hydrating your skin. It's very strong and nearly nauseates me.I thought I could get past the scent, but I just can't. The cream feels nice and seems quality, but the scent is too overbearing to use so close to my nose and I'm unable to overlook it. For a cream at this price point, that's extremely disappointing.

Now this, is a fantastic moisturizer.
Holy moly it’s expensive, but WOW does it pack a moisturizing “punch” to your face. This brand never disappoints me at all. It’s a great moisturizer that is a little thicker and feels a little heavier. It absorbs incredibly well. It’s a smaller container but for this brand I think it’s worth it. It’s truly luxury skincare at a fraction of the cost of other stuff. I am extremely sensitive to almost everything, so this is a great product that doesn’t cause any skin inflammation or anything.

Don't Care for the Scent
This face cream has a lot of good things going for it. I love that it's made with clean ingredients that are naturally derived and all of the rest that is stated in the description. The cream has a thick consistency. It absorbs well. I don't care for the scent at all. I'm sure it's just one of the ingredients. It doesn't last long, but I'm not sure I can stand to have it so close to my nose where I can smell it. I am impressed with how it works. Just because I don't want it on my face because of the smell, I have been using it on the backs of my hands. It immediately smooths the skin and keeps it that way. I was sure that the skin would go back to its usual roughness, but no, it has been staying smooth and soft. That's an area I tend to neglect, so I am very happy to find something that works so well.
