I don't know why this pillow has haters.1) it is soft and fits well2) fabric is good quality, stitch is proper... I will update this review in case of wear tear in future3) there is a button at end and hanging hook4) I ordered the 200 rs one so not getting blindfold was to be expected due to price rising to 280 for blindfold (minus the delivery + tax charges) I am satisfied. Every luxury item I got from amazon in this picture and I am truly grateful for their quality, guarantee and integrity in delivering us the best.

Pillow is good with good quality foam. It is having good shape to fit neck but the size might not be perfect for all. You check for the size to get the correct size.
