I picked up my first bottle at GNC and am getting it here now (save $5). I got it because I am 50+ year old guy and for the past 2 years any time I jogged my thighs would kill me for 3-5 days after a simple 5k. It felt worse than 2 a days in football when I'd be squatting hundreds of pounds. I spoke to my Dr and tried a few different things (pickle juice and chocolate milk didnt help) and then talked to the rep @GNC and he said to try these. Within a week I felt a huge difference, not just in jogging, but almost all of my aches and pains have went away. Not saying this a magic pill. But I am buying a second bottle..... just saying
