Great customer service
Nice brass faucet. Valves had a leak but they have great customer service, who are very responsive and easy to work with, and they got me new valves. When the shipper had issues they even worked with me until they knew the valves had arrived. That was very impressed with their customer service overall.

Better than the picture

Missing a piece
The faucet was missing a piece so we could not install it. We didn't open the package until it was ready to be installed so I think it's too late for me to get the missing piece.

Sent replacement parts to fix our error
We used countertop on our backsplash and it was too thick for this stem. I tried to find a way to fix at the hardware store and couldn't. I reached out to the company and they sent a tub faucet that is the same and it fixed my problem perfectly! Now that I know they have the tub too, I'll probably order it also! Great value for the money especially when their customer service works so hard

Great product, hire a plumber to install
They look great and work perfectly. They were very difficult to install, had to get an adapter to get them to fit my hot and cold water lines. The faucet part was difficult to get tight enough to not leak while also facing down. Probably I should have hired a plumber. Also the taps turn on backwards to most US taps, it's pretty easy to get used to tho.

Really nice gold color !
It’s nice . The gold is really nice antique gold so it looks good . Also doesn’t feel plastic . They are not super heavy but they look good . Purchased 2 for my bathroom remodel and they will be amazing !
