I can not get the pump to work. I've pushed, pulled, twisted, etc.... but it just won't budge. Am I doing something wrong?

You usually twist it to get it going that first time. They the top "pops" up and you pump a few times. If it's not going up and down, that's what you need to do. Thanks!
