The first set we received had issues with the auto tension for the net. Out of the box the top of the net sagged quite a bit, making it unusable so I contacted the seller, Freehold Collective, directly by email as their enclosed customer support flyer encouraged. I told them about the problem and that I was contacting them first as they suggested, rather than going through Amazon for the return process. I got a return email that day, indicating that they would be sending out a replacement and that they would inform me when it shipped. That was Monday. Friday a replacement set was delivered and it worked great out of the box. So Seller - 5 Stars.More product review:The product design is simple, the net rolls out from both end brackets which is encased in heavy plastic. The end brackets attach to the table with a fairly strong spring loaded clamp. Our table is 1.5 inches wide which proved to be a tight, but strong fit. All the clamping and tensioning is automatic, so there is no opportunity to make adjustments. The replacement we got is great, the net tension is strong and even from top to bottom. Our table is 44 inches wide which is a lot less than the advertised max of 60 inches, but the tension was still good. In fact, the tension on the net seems good even at 24 inches. However because of my 1st experience with the product I'm skeptical about its durability. As I said everything is encased in heavy plastic with "sharper Image" styling. But inside each end bracket is a strong tensioning mechanism that can break and ruin the tensioning. Plus, as I said, there is a very strong spring loaded clamping mechanism all made out of plastic. I don't think it would take too much force to crack the tongue that clamps under the table, if were stuck at the right angle. But right now, it's great for clearing off the dining room table and playing ping pong of some sort, whether it be nerf ping pong for a smaller table or using the balls and paddles included in the set, which by the way were of fair to good quality. Over all we like the product. It fits nicely on our table. It’s brought us a lot of entertainment while we are confined to our home.The balls that come with it didn’t have much bounce but thankfully I had some in my house that worked better.One of the paddles was pretty warped, it worked for what we needed it for but I did end up going to the store and purchased 2 new paddles. I saved the other ones for the grandkids.But all in all it suits our needs because of the circumstances of being stuck at home, and that the only space we have to play is on our kitchen table.

Love this product, especially now while sheltering in place!! This turned our dining room table into a ping pong table so fast and easily and we've enjoyed hours of family fun with this. I can't say enough good things about it. I have recommended this to everyone I know, especially those people with kids at home! We love this so much!!! It's so much fun!!

My family loves this table tennis set! It fits perfectly on our table. It is good quality. The net is taught, and the paddles feel good in your hand. The price was good, and we are so happy with our purchase. We are going to buy another one for grandma’s house so the grandkids have something fun to play with while there too. I would definitely recommend buying this set!

Awesome product, light and small enough to carry in a backpack and adaptable to any table. Truly a game changer to playing on an outing, trip, or just at home or in back yard. Great company ships immediately!! Really helps to play with kids at home during this corona virus and everyone stuck at home. Lots of fun!!

We've decided that if you somehow get the ball into the hole (where the umbrella goes) it's an extra 50 house points. (kidding). Look a glass table is not ideal and the metal trim sometimes makes the ball go in weird directions, but having a ping pong table out of our outdoor dining table has turned into a fun family activity during the COVID shelter-in-place nightmare. And it gets people away from screens - so all in all, a great purchase, some extra laughs and family time. Yeah!

Worked great! The hardest part of set up was clearing everybody's work/school from home stuff off the dining room table. But within 5 minutes we were having a hilarious time. It's great indoor exercise especially if you are not good and have to spend lots of time fishing balls out from under the sofa :) I've already recommended it to friends and colleagues.We were trying not to buy too much stuff during quarantine so as to not put warehouse and delivery workers at risk, but this was a big boost to our mental health--thank you!!!(note: We have a 72" oval table which was a fine size, I think smaller than that might be a challenge.)

This is great! It fits a variety of tables, is quick & easy to set up, & easily portable. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is the casing tends to separate at the seam while clamping it on a table. Once on, it is fine, though. We have enjoyed it at home. Can't wait to take it camping & try it on a picnic table. Check the thickness of any table that you plan to put it on. It would probably not quite fit a 2 inch thick table top.

We've had a lot of fun playing table tennis while stuck at home.The net fits well on the table and doesn't leave marks when removing it.Paddle handles could have been sanded down better, but not really an issue.
