This chair is exactly what I wanted. A wide flat seat so I can criss-cross my legs. A tilt that I can lock (it does sometimes come unlocked scares the s*&^ out of me as I catapult backward). Lumbar support!One thing I didn't consider is the wall behind me is getting scratched up with the top corners, so I need to put a chair railing or something to protect the wall. The rollers are great, and the height adjustment works perfectly.It took me about 10 minutes to put together, and I didn't use the arms so it would go under my desk. I sit in this chair 6 hours a day, 4 days a week, and my back feels good.(If you found this review helpful, help me out and click "helpful" please!)

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Pretty sturdy. I weight 275 and didn’t feel as if it would break down. I will update after I’ve had for some time. Suggestion: don’t tighten screws for arms until both are in place and tighten each little by little while alternating. If you screw one in completely, you will have trouble lining the other screw up to tighten easily.

It was SO EASY to assemble! I couldn't find the instructions in the box, so I just winged it. Until I got to the arm rests, it was easier than assembling some IKEA furniture. And then, the arms had to be put on. They didn't line up quite exactly to the holes, so there was some pulling and pushing and a little cursing before it was complete. I knocked one star off for that, but overall, this chair is great and my back is thanking me. It even rolls well on carpet, not something a lot of rolling chairs are good at. I would recommend this—for the price, it's a great piece that should last a long time.

I love the design of this chair, it was a great choice in keeping the style I was going for with my office redesign. It was easy enough to put together. After using it for a few months now I’ve noted a few negatives. One is that one of the wheels keep falling off. I don’t know how since the chair is sitting on all of the wheels, but it has happened twice. Secondly, this chair replaced a very cushiony large black upholstered chair that I had been using for many years. There was nothing wrong with it, it just no longer went with the new remodel. After just a short time of sitting in the chair every day, it starts to become quite uncomfortable as the amount of padding is net to nothing.It’s a stylish chair, rolls and smiles nicely, looks great in my office. But if you have issues with sitting on hard surfaces for periods of time, it may not be for you.

Do not buy this chair! I bought it in July and by November the spring that adds tension for its reclining snapped sending me flying backwards. You can lock it so it doesn't recline at all, but it jiggles loose and then sends you flying backwards again! I summitted a message to the seller, but was informed by Amazon that it was undeliverable. I requested a return, but was informed by Amazon that I was out of the return window. So now I am stuck with a broken chair and out the money and will need to buy a new chair again within 4 months! Save yourself some hassle and don't buy from this fly-by-night company. Spend a little extra money and get yourself a decent chair, because you will be doing that anyway, plus spending money on this P.O.S.

The chair looks fantastic–if you don't get up close to it or need to sit in it. It is much wider than it needs to be, oddly wide for an office chair, the armrests even with cover actually hurt after time, the edge of the chair cuts off blood flow and makes my legs go numb. Is it just so oversized too, that had to add a pillow to the back. This is a copy of a great looking and feeling Eames Manager chair, but this sample is uncomfortable and mis-sized compared to the original one. The fake leather and cheap build is basically worthless, I get this was inexpensive, but not that inexpensive. I should have sent back, but with such and odd shaped product and disassembly, I'll probably put in a garage sale at some point, it is in the guests bedroom now...but it is just seriously trash.

Pieces came packaged well and chair arrived on time. Once I started putting it together the hardware didn’t line up on one arm. I provided a pick with the correct way for comparison. It’s wobbly and the other one is sturdy. I sit in my chair for 8 hours a day At least and I have a previous back injury. I don’t like how to chair seat doesn’t meet with the back at a 90 degree angle, it’s curved so it puts pressure on my lower back. The chair seat is ribbed and It’s already uncomfortable and I’ve only sat in it for 5 minutes. I’ll give it a couple days if I can just because I’ve already packaged up the old chair that didn’t work and had issues putting this together and I just need a break. Aesthetically pleasing but not functional.

Was unsure what to expect quality-wise given the price. Super pleasantly surprised! I’m petite (5’3”), heard others express concern about width of seat/arms - I find them comfortable and natural.Fits under my workspace (27” clearance) at nearly full seat height. Gives much better visibility of computer monitor on elevated platform. Seat is comfy and good for my productivity - not too cushy but very supportive. Not a lot of tilt, but rolls, swivels, and raises/lowers smoothly and with ease.Instructions say to budget 20 min for assembly - was very easy and took less time than that - only tool required (Allen wrench) was included. Packaging generally good - chair wrapped in a bag and supported with stiff cardboard, all metal components (arms, pneumatic lift, wheels) especially well-protected in their own box with styrofoam. No damage, worked perfectly right out of the box.Clean, stylish look was a great upgrade to my home office!
