Q: Does this get rid of depressed scars like Ice pick and box car and pick marks?

Yes. The newer the scars more rapid the results. I had deep gash on on breast where dog scratched me. It was less than a year, Within 3 months almost all gone. Mu acne scars on face which is 30 years old is taking longer but the more superfucial ones are gone. Amazing product.

Q: Does it work for dark spots on forehead?

My dark spots are the same color. Only helped on scars that are indented

Q: Does this work on one year old surgical scars?

It’s a very good product. I had injury to my knee scar and it lightened up, but it didn’t go away completely.. Worth trying.

Q: Is this product supposed to arrive sealed, because mine was not? Just in an unsealed box with a removeable (not sealed) plastic piece under the lid.

Most of my Derma e creams come like that. These products don't sit on retail shelves, so they are not all sealed up and protected.
